It is your responsibility to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee per our cancellation policy.
There is a 15 MINUTE grace period from the beginning of your service time then the system automatically charges a cancellation fee.
CREDIT CARDS
You must provide a credit card to reserve your appointment, however it will not be used to charge for your services.
You must present your credit card, unless paying with cash, at completion of your service.
YOUR Service
Inside Out reserves the right to increase charges for vehicles with pet hair and/or excessively dirty interiors or exteriors.
Appointment time may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.
ANY SUV WITH A 3RD ROW IS PRICED AS AN XL SUV/TRUCK/ MINIVAN.
Garage Drop off/Pick up
Inside Out is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings/items left inside the vehicle.Take all valuables with you (AirTags, key fobs, any small item that may get lost or inadvertently thrown away)
Inside Out validates parking for up to 4 hours on the day of service. It is the client's responsibility to pay for any additional parking.
It is the client's responsibility to keep the parking ticket in their possession while their vehicle is getting serviced, Inside Out is not responsible for paying for lost tickets.
All vehicles must be picked up prior to close of business.
All sales are final after the vehicle leaves our location. Refunds will not be issued.
